In many cases you think your basement is safe and contains no problems but in reality many of the Canadians basement are very old and not insulate properly or damaged by the years. In this glossary, you will find some useful tips to prevent some major damage.

Basement
Noun
The floor of a building which is partly or entirely below ground level.
Example: It was Peters who chided him about his frail physique, which led to his regular attendance at August's Gymnasium, which was in the basement of Alley Hall.
